| | - Proven history of at least 10 years experience in a sales and operations role within the commodities and hardware industry in the Pacific |
| | - Sound experience in daily operational requirements of the commodities and hardware industry; Experience in setting sales budgets and monitoring performance and analysing results |
| | - Proven strong people skills and human resource management experience, to select and train staff in all aspects of sales and operational knowledge |
| | - Sound knowledge inventory control, stock taking procedures and warehousing, as well as working knowledge in occupational safety and health |
| | - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. |
