The National Bank of Vanuatu is seeking to recruit an ICT officer who has the necessary technical skills and knowledge to participate as a senoir member of its ICT team. The positionh will be based at Head Office in Port Vila and will report directly to the Bank's Head of Operations.

The Bank's ICT Department manages a technical infrastruture that is advanced and comprehensive. Its VSAT wide-area-network extends from Sola in the north of Analgohat in the south, hosting more than 200 personal computer and servers. The following sub-systems are supported:- Core Banking, Electronic & Mobile Banking, IP-PBX telephone, email, general file & office application

services. ICT staff work as a team, with each member expected to specialize in at least one technical area whilst also developing their knowledge and skills in other areas.

1) Provide holistic learning support, together with the vocational teaching team, to students with an emphasis on relevant vocational literacy

2) Assist trainers and tutors to integrate the development of the core LLN skills to the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) level required by the training package into the delivery program, and work as part of the team delivering the program.

3) Provide professional development to trainers and others in relation to LLN for Pacific Island students.

Qualifications and Experience - Applicants must:
