| | The successful person will lead a dynamic team of VNPF Compliance Inspectors and reporting directly to the Director. |

| | Duties and Reponsibilities: |
| | |
| | 1) He/she wil be responsible for the operations of Compliance services dealing non - compliant employers and employee complaints and undertaking recorvery of outstanding contributions send surcharges for the Fund. |
| | 1) The succesfull candidate will be expected to work in collaboration with the legal team of the Fund to ensure timely and successful prosecution of non - compliant employers in Vanuatu. |

| | Criteria: |
| | - Effective management and coodination of compliance department; Demonstrate throught understanding of VNPF Act Cap 189; Lead in non-compliance investigation and introduce new investigation techniques replace |
| | current practices |
| | - Development and implementation of comprehensive inspection program; Have in place effective monitoring and compliance procedures with best performance practice in accordance to the VNPF Act; Work in |
| | collaboration with legal team and have prosecution targets to reduce non-compliance |
| | - Demonstrate good knowledge and understanding of VNPF member system; Up to date reporting of compliance issues for management decisions; Strategic thinker |
| | - Demonstrate excellent leadership skills with good verbal and written communications skills; Demonstrate good understanding with complex investigation skills; Positive attitude and a team player; Passion for sound |
| | planning and organizational skills; Excellent people skills and network skills |
