| | - Mature, trained, managers experienced in communication, negotiation, building relationship and some experience in relevant disability and health or eduction field, are sought by Vanuatu's prime service provider to |

| | - Computer literate; Fluency in 3 languages (English, French & Bislama) is preferable |
| | - Knowledge of data management , and result driven measurement will favour the candidate |
| | - Project management experience essential. |
