| | 3) Traffic and Pedestrian Management Plan |
| | 4) Provide effective and environmentally sound drainage networks in greater Port Vila including environmental safeguards for the Port Vila Harbour area. |
| | ii)Output 2: Improved sanitation system in greater Port Vila. Assisting VPMU, PWD, and DEPC to: |
| | 1) Design and implement a sludge treatment facility following the recommendations of the Port Vila |
| | 2) Drainage and Sanitation Master Plan (2010) |
