| We are currently looking for suitable candidate to fill the following positions for 1 Sous Chef & 1 Junior Chef. |

| The successful applicant must have: |
| Criteria: |
| - Have to be punctual, neat and tidy and maintain high level of hygiene |
| - Be able to assist the executive chef to create menus from fresh local produce on season |
| - Should be confident within all sections in kitchen operations |
| - Possess good interpersonal skills; Be very customer focused |
| - Be a team player and work well under pressure |
