| The Vanuatu National Provident Fund ( VNPF) a body established by the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act CAP 189 to provide for member contributions to and the payment of members benefits out of the fund. |

| The Fund is now seeking to recruit for its Head Office in Port Villa, a suitably qualified person for the position of Director, Member Services. This is a Senior Managerial position requiring a person of good character, experience, maturity and dedication with desire for growth and improvement of services to the member throughout Vanuatu. |

| Duties and responsibilities: |
| 1) The successful person will lead a dynamic team forming the core business of VNPF and reporting directly to the General Manager |
| 2) He/she will be responsible for the operations of members Services, Compliance services and Outer Island Branches and is expected to provide managerial leadership and advice |
| 3) Will be responsible for developing, planning and implementing policy systems to ensure that agreed service levels are consistently met for a quality member services operation |
| 4) Management and coordination of the Member Service & Compliance Office to oversee the formulation and translation of strategies to Member Service & Compliance |
| 5) Strong analytical skills and passion to drive Superior Customer Service delivery to Members |
| 6) Build capacity to effectively manage the Members Service & Compliance services |
| 7) Ensure effective monitoring and compliance with best performance practice in accordance to the VNPF Act |
| 8) Strategically steering the facilitation of continuous improvement and ensure a culture of innovation is strengthened of the Fund and to improved current and develop new products and services. |

| Criteria: |
| - Strategic Thinker; Demonstrates excellent leadership skills with good verbal and written communications skills; Demonstrates integrity by modeling the funds vision, values and ethical standards |
| - Positive attitude and a team player; Passion for sound planning and organizational skills; Excellent people skills and networking skills |
| - Ability to work under pressure with high standard outputs; Computer literate, have analytical, problem solving and investigative skills; Goal-driven/competitive, with desire to exceed goals and targets |
| - Display leadership’s qualities and has ability to train and manage a group of people; He/She must have a degree or higher from a recognized tertiary institution in one or more of the following |
| discipline: Business Administration; Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Law |
| - Other field of study relevant to the office of the director Corporate Service; Has at least 5 years experience in a senior management position or relevant position. |
