| | The Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Utilities (MIPU) wishes to recruit a suitable individual for the position of a Human Resource Officer at the head office. |
| | Supporting documents should include curriculum vitae of no more than 5 pages detailing employment experience demonstrating capacity to meet the selection criteria. The contact details (phone and/or e-mail) for 2 current Referees must be included. |

| | - Year 13 or equivalent qualification is desirable; Diploma in training or HRD planning business management |
| | - A minimum of 2-3 years in HR area; Attention to details and completing tasks in a timely manner; Demonstrated capacity to work as part of a team |
| | - Demonstrate capacity to prepare memos and letters for submissions; Good office management skills; Ability to understand governments legislation in relations to HR |
| | - Practical thinker & creative thinker; Must be methodical and possess good interpersonal skills; Be able to cope with all kinds of different client personalities and traits |
| | - Punctual, honest, supportive, commit and able to work under pressure; Fluent in English or French is essential, Bislama is desirable. |
