| | The Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Utilities (MIPU) wishes to recruit a suitable individual for the position of an Airworthiness Officer. |

| | - A bachelor of Aircraft engineering or an internationally recognized certificate; Special business education in Aircraft maintenance engineering license or LAME |
| | - At least 5 years experience in the aviation sector; An understanding of the ICAO annexes and SARPs and regulatory framework and other statutory requirements; An understanding of the Pacific |
| | Regional (NZ) civil aviation legislation and regulatory framework |
| | - An understanding of the maintenance procedures and administrative requirements and the management functions in coordinating these functions |
| | - Special skills in decision making skills, sound judgment and integrity; Quality and systems orientated; Core microsoft suite and outlook e-mail user |
| | - Practical; Analytical; Logical reasoning; Sound written and oral communication skills; Interpersonal skills; Shows confidence; Cooperative; Punctual; Trustworthy; Fluent English, French and Bislama. |
