| We are seeking the services of an experienced Executive Chef who is fully trained and has solid experience in a similar capacity in Vanuatu. |
| Tamanu’s Restaurant is open 7 days/week – 7:30 am to 9:30pm. Employment commencement will be 27 May 2013. |
| Duties and responsibilities: |
| You will manage and roster a kitchen brigade of 5 including 3 chefs |
| Interested applicant must have the following: |
| Criteria: |
| - Have in-depth experience of all aspects of kitchen management principals invloving planning, resource allocation and coordination, purchasing, production methods, and coordination and training |
| - Possess a passion for the role and be a procedurally driven professional ensuring the profitable operation of the business. |
