| | The Vanuatu Rural Development and Training Centers Association (VRDTCA) is an NGO and umbrella Organization for Rural Training Centers (RTCS) in Vanuatu with its major focus on giving an opportunity to schools Push Outs, Youth and those who have interest in the field of Trade skills training & Vocational training. |
| | The Head office in Port Vila wishes to recruit a Wash Officer. |
| | The Officer will base at the VRDTCA Office and expected to travel to project site. |
| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | The Officer will meet all datelines to implement all activities and reporting as outline in the project working closely with the Program manager and Staff of VRDTCA |

| | To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Certificate or diploma on Nursing; Experience in working in community development; Formal qualifications on or WASH development; Fluency in spoken and written English is essential |
| | - Computer literate; Strong project management, leadership and mentoring skills, and experience working effectively across different stakeholders |
| | - Have good health back ground with experience and knowledge in working with WASH and CLTC components with the rural communities |
| | - Have the knowledge and experience to manage infrastructure development; Ability to work collaboratively; Able to travel to outer island of Vanuatu |
| | - Good public presentation skills; Have a good report writing skills; Self starter and motivated. |
