| | Applications must be received at NBV Branch for all applicants in Vanua Lava, and Head Office for all applicants living outside of Vanua Lava. |
| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Responsible for overseeing the operations of Sola Branch, by ensuring banking services delivery to NBV's customers within the area |
| | 2) Ensure that all customer's retail banking needs are met in prudent manner and according to the Bank policies and procedures. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Possess good operations and managerial skills; Be able to lead and supervise subordinate staff |
| | - Possess sound knowledge of local business and community environment; Have successfully completed appropriate secondary education to year 13 level or higher |
| | - Have a minimum of 4-5 years experience in service delivery |
| | - Posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills |
| | - Posses good customer service skills; Be over 25 years of age. |
