| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Tasks will include, but not limited to travelling around Efate collecting field information of properties that have recently sold |
| | 2) You will also spend time in an office environment working alongside Valuers and support staff to develop on the field notes recorded. |
| | Required skills: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Advanced computer skills and knowledge; Drivers licence, and a preferred knowledge of riding a motorbike |
| | - Knowledge of building materials and construction; Advanced grasp of written and spoken English |
| | - High work ethics and company loyalty with enthusiastic committed work ethic; Work in a team environment and ability to work by one self |
| | - High attention to detail; Time management and organisational skills |
| | - Ability to work by one self; Good personal presentation. |
