| | To develop a Visibility Plan for the EU-GCCA programme and implement and coordinate communication and information activities identified in the Plan. |

| | - University degree or diploma in media, journalism or communications or equivalent work experience |
| | - Minimum of four years relevant professional experience |
| | - Computer skills and the ability to produce visual and written materials |
| | - Proficiency in English and Bislama. |

| | 149,000 VUV per month (including allowances and VNPF contribution) |
