| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | Will be responsible to coordinate and mainstream external trade policy into national development strategy plans (Priority Action Agenda, PLAS) and coordinate project proposals to source technical assistance. |

| | Criteria: |
| | - Degree; Management, International trade, economics, business, commerce, law or equivalent professional qualifications; The post requires minimum 3 years work experience in a similar position, |
| | couples with outstanding leadership skills and ability to organize, supervise and manage a team |
| | - The post requires exceptional negotiating skills, public speaking, management skills and project writing; Must be computer literate |
| | - Practical analytical and persuasive; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Good moral and social character |
| | - Proficent both in writing, reading and speaking in English or French and Bislama. |
