| The School of Law of the University of the South Pacific is calling for applications for the position mentioned based in the Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute. |

| Duties and responsibilities: |
| You will assist the editorial team: |
| 1) To process (scan, format, proof read and upload) hard copy judgments and related materials |
| 2) With the maintenance of registers tracking information regarding the documents received and as they pass through the various processing stages |
| 3) In whatever editorial section you may be redeployed to as editorial needs dictate |
| 4) To assemble information and to respond to enquiries from senior staff in the formulation of the regular reports that are prepared by the institute. |
| Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| Criteria: |
| - Diploma level qualification with relevant work related experience OR a certificate level qualification with post-certificate relevant work experience |
| - A high degree of familiarity with law and legal resources |
| - Meticulous attention to detail |
| - Experience in computer applications, especially microsoft word and excel |
| - Good oral and written English language skills. |
| Salary: |
| Grade 3 VT1, 040,593 to VT1,304593 per annum |
