| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | Responsible for managing all aspects of Live & Learns operations including human resources, finances, stakeholders relations and services delivery |
| | Responsible for overseeing the implementation of the organisation’s strategic plan and servicing the advisory board, along with the preparation of proposals and reporting to external stakeholders. |

| | - Minimum of five years experience at senior management level in a medium size NGO, along with a tertiary qualification in a relevant area, preferably master level |
| | - As team building is integral to this role |
| | - High level coaching and facilitation skills and a participative style to get the best results from your team |
| | - A commitment to environmental and human sustainability is a must. |
