| | Bred (Vanuatu) is seeking to recruit a highly qualified and experienced person to fill the position of Risk and Compliance Manager, at its head office in Port Vila. |
| | This is a senior management role, reporting directly to the General Manager. The successful applicant will be involved in the overall Risk and Compliance management of the organization’s business activities, and will be in charge of its AML policy compliance. In addition, the applicant will be expected to translate various documents and act as a point |
| | of contact with the company’s French head office. |

| | Criteria: |
| | - Master degree in legal studies; Good knowledge of financial risks; Good knowledge of international regulatory requirements |
| | - At least 5 years banking and finance experience; Good knowledge of the French Banking System; Good written and verbal communication skills |
| | - Be always meticulously accurate; Demonstrated organizational skills and strong relationship - building |
| | - Bilingual in French and English, with good command of both languages (written and spoken); Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment and liaise with various stakeholders |
| | - Demonstrated translation capacities; Ability to work long hours and under pressure. |
