| | The Vanuatu Public Service Commission is seeking outstanding people to fill in the position mentioned. The applicants will be required to complete a job application form, PSC Form 3-2. |
| | The successful applicant will be required to complete a performance agreement with the Minister. |

| | 1) Responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Ministries |
| | 2) Developing policy options and implementing government policies and advising the Minister on matters related to his portfolio interests |
| | 3) Responsibility for ensuring the Ministries are provided with appropriate leadership and well managed to fulfill their objectives & functional responsibilities within budget resources with a particular focus on enhanced service delivery. |

| | - High level negotiation and communicaton skills, both written and oral in Bislama and French and/or English; Preference may be given to applications who possess a relevant university qualification |
| | - It would be expected successful applicants would have 5-10 years experience in a senior management position in the Public Sector or Private Sector. |
