| | Job Description: |
| | The Vanuatu Chamber of Commerce & Industry is seeking to recruit a Ni Vanuatu citizen for the Senior Administration and Communication Officer as it is expanding its Employer Services Unit to assist employers. |
| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Provide broad support to employers' needs and interests in administrative work for the Vanuatu Employers Organisation (VEO) and the national Tripartite labor Advisory Council (TLAC), information network and information development and dissemination |
| | 2) Carry out tasks assisting the Employer Services Manager in administrative tasks |
| | 3) Coordinating programs and delivering services |
| | 4) Information network among employers and interests groups |
| | 5) Information development and dissemination on Employment and other labour acts through hand out material and other communication tools. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Have at least 2 years experience in a business environment; Hold a degree in marketing and communications, journalism, law, industrial relations, business management or a related field |
| | - Have good analytical and leadership skills and is ready to work in a team; Have good communication and marketing skills |
| | - Have good office computing skills |
| | - Have good problem solving skills; Fluent in English, French, and Bislama |
| | - Aptitude in website update and management. |
