| Duties and responsibilities: |
| 1) Managing and an understanding of Litigation matters |
| 2) Restructuring of problem loans |
| 3)Responsible for maintaining records on problem loans |
| 4) Competent with excel, microsoft software applications |
| 5) Assist manager credit as required. |
| Interested applicant must possess the following requirements: |
| Criteria: |
| - Communicate and negotiate confidently with external customers; Have an analytical mind; Possess initiative; Be self - Motivated; Be able to accurately work to deadline and possess a "can do" attitude |
| - Diversity, integrity, business acumen, discipline, energy; Attention to detail; Strong written & verbal communication skills; A team player |
| - Acts in accordance with regulatory / legislative guidelines; Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting or management is preferred but not essential. |
| - Previous banking or similar background in finance or management is preferred; A knowledge of legal recovery action is desirable |
| - An understanding of accounting principals would be beneficial; Driving license would be an advantage. |
