| Duties and responsibilities: |
| 1) Collections of outstanding debts |
| 2) Follow up of customers within the problem loan book |
| 3) Assist with monthly reporting |
| 4) Assist manager loans management unit |
| 5) Customer relationship building skills. |
| Interested applicant must possess the following requirements: |
| Criteria: |
| - Talk and negotiate confidently with external customers; Be self-motivated and have speed and accuracy of work |
| - Diversity, integrity, business acumen, discipline, energy; Attention to detail; Strong written & verbal communication skills; A self starter; Team Spirited |
| - Knowledge & skills in consumer loan product; Knowledge of consumer credit act is desirable; MS word/excel/access |
| - Key business relationship interactions with business & personal banking managers, customer service managers, relationship executives, panel valuers & solicitors |
| - Banking experience of one to two years; Legal knowledge is desirable; Financial knowledge; Driving license would be an advantage. |
