| | The Vanuatu Chamber of Commerce & Industry is seeking to recruit a Development Support officer that will be based in its headquarters in Port Vila. The Vanuatu Chamber of Commerce & Industry is expending its Development Services Unit to assist business men and women. |
| | The Development Services Unit scope is to provide broad support of local government, investment promotion, as well as trade and small business support to Ni-Vanuatu. |
| | |
| | The person will carry out tasks assisting the Development Services Manager in Trade, Project Management, Advocacy and Promotion activities. Trade activities will mainly include liaising with Trade and Industry Department to implement national trade and industry policies. |
| | Advocacy activities will consist of advocating local companies’ interests to the local and national authorities. Promotion activities include assisting in organising agriculture shows, trade shows, and trade fairs in Vanuatu and overseas such as Wik blong Vanuatu long Noumea, New Caledonia, to assist Ni-Vanuatu, foreign Anglophone and |

| | - Have at least 2 years experience in a business environment; Hold a degree in business management, commerce, economics or related field; Have good analytical and leadership skills and is ready to |

| | - Be trilingual (english, french and bislama); Aptitude in website update and management is an advantage. |
