| We are looking for two motivated and results oriented candidates to fill the position of Chef De Partie. |
| Interested applicant must possess the following requirements: |
| Criteria: |
| - Have at least 4 years cooking experience in a high class resort, hotel or restaurant operation; Be passionate and knowledgeable about food and have the ability to work as a team; Have banqueting |
| experience with large buffet & set menus an advantage |
| - Have fine dinning experience preferred; Have knowledge in Haccp, food hygiene & occupational health and safety; Have good attention to detail, time management and multi tasking skills |
| - Have the ability to manage individual kitchen section (cold larder, a la carte and breakfast); Have the ability to lead and train effectively. |
