| | Reporting to Head of Credit Pacific Islands (based in Sydney) and Country Head Vanuatu, you will be responsible for: |
| | 1) Leadership and development of a skilled and professional credit risk management team responsible for all aspects of credit risk management |
| | 2) Credit risk and portfolio management responsibilities through the process credit cycle (origination, evaluation, approval, administration and problem loans), including the control and administration of all credit functions and fulfillment of credit monitoring and reporting requirements |
| | 3) Ensuring process and procedures are within the frame work of established credit policy, underwriting standards and strategy, thereby accomplishing a loan portfolio of sound quality and contributing to the achievement of the country’s business plan |
| | 4) Compliance with local credit related prudential standards |
| | 5) Being a key member of the country’s leadership team and the assets & liabilities committee, where your experience and insight will help shape the direction and performance of the business. |
