| | The Judiciary of Vanuatu seeks to recruit 2 suitable applicants for the position of Clerk of Island Court in Malekula Island Court and Efate Island Court. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Have successfully completed year 13 of secondary education; Understand of microsoft ware package, in particular word and excel, or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn; Highly developed |
| | communications and negotiation skills, demonstrate with individuals and groups at a variety of levels; Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional networks; Be fluent in english and/or |
| | french language |
| | - Be a very honest person; Demonstrate experience developing and implementing strategies and operational plans; An outstanding and reputable member of his/her community; Have sound knowledge |
| | of financial management; Experience in a court related environment; Certificate of other relevant qualification or training in administration, law or similar |
| | - May be directed to work in any location outside of Port Vila and Luganville; Be able and willing to work under time pressure and work hours may extend beyond normal official hours. |

| | Remuneration is as provided for under the government remuneration tribunal determination of 2006 with an annual salary of VT 1,058,400. |
