| | The University of the South Pacific is inviting application for the position of Switch Board Operator . These position is available for a term of three years and may be renewed by mutual agreement. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Responsible for for the main switchboard at its Emalus Campus Office |
| | 2) Responsible for answering, tranferring and dialing calls, recording all outgoing calls, performing receptionist duties and attending queries from staff and students and members of the public at large |
| | 3) Assisting with other duties assigned by the supervisor. |
| | Interested applicant must have the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Must have a certificate/diploma in a relevant discipline OR equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training and professional accreditation |
| | - Preference will be given to an individual that have good organizational skills; Is a team player, self-motivated; Ability to work under pressure. |
| | Salary: |
| | Vatu 201.20 to Vatu 403.41 per hour |
