| We invite applications for the role of Call Centre Operator, to be based at our office in Lakatoro, Malekula. Completed application forms must be received before the due date mentioned. Interview will be held in Lakatoro and Vila during the first half of December. Duties and responsibilities: |
| 1) Answering enquiries from tourists and other intending visitors to Malampa Province, converting those enquiries into bookings for accommodation and tours |
| 2) Liaising with tourism operators, invoicing and other office duties. |
| Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| Criteria: |
| - Able to communicate fluency in spoken and written english,bislama and french; A minimum of 3 years experience as secretary, receptionist, or in another customer service role; Competent in th use of |
| word processor, e-mail and web browser computer programs |
| - Customer-focused and able to show initiative, solve problems, and work to deadlines; Able to learn new skills under training and supervison; Previous experience in the tourism industry |
| - Educational qualifications to at least year 12; Competent in the use of MYOB. |
