| | - Exceptional customer service & communication skills along with excellent attention to details; Must have a pleasant, professional telephone manner and be a patient and a sympathetic listener; Be |
| | able to work well under pressure & handle demanding activities and deadlines |
| | - Excellent PC skills; Strong verbal and written english or french is a must; Complete tertiary education in the field of tourism/marketing/ business |
| | - Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and/or shift work; Willingness to be trained and to accept additional responsibilities; Must be able to provide police clearance and a medical report |
