| | The National Bank of Vanuatu is seeking to recruit an experience person to fill in the Luganville Branch Manager role. This is a very challenging and important role within the bank. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Responsible for overseeing the operations of Luganville branch, playing a pivotal role in maintaining various functions of the branch and ensuring the department meets all customers retail banking needs |
| | 2) report directly to the Branch Operations Manager |
| | 3) Overseeing functions and operations of the branch working in collaboration with the retail banking team at the Head Office in Vila |
| | 4) Manage a team of 13 staff members, whilst concurrently ensuring continuity of service to NBV customers throughout sanma province. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - At least a certificate in business (or related field); At least 6 -7 years experience in banking or working in a professional environment; Sound people management & leadership skills; Good |
| | understanding of financial statements |
| | - Very good understanding of business needs and expectations; Sound coaching and training skills; Relevant communications & marketing skills; Proficiency in computer skills |
| | - Excellent analytical & problem solving skills. |
