| | 1) Provide professional support to the ADP staff team in executing the design, monitoring and evaluation functions to improve their professional capacity in implementing programmes that would serve the poor more effectively and efficiently |
| | 2) Coordinate baselines, monitoring and evaluation activities for all current projects and programs in line with LEAP - (learning through evaluation, accountability & planning) and design, monitoring & evaluation best practice |
| | 3) Ensure monitoring & evaluation activities are implemented regulary in accordance with LEAP -(learning through evaluation, accountability & planning) guidelines, donor requirments and best practices |
| | 4) Coordinate the baselines and evaluations involving external consultants |
| | 5) Oversee consistent and common monitoring approaches of each area program and support the evaluation processes for all current projects |
| | 6) Support the country manager program quality manager to review monitoring & evaluation systems. |

| | Criteria: |
| | - A degree in a field related to project management, research, social science, development studies or similar field; Highly knowledgeable and well versed in LEAP and DME functions; Communication, |
| | linguistic and presentation skills |
| | - Good analytical and logical thinking; Training & presentation skills; Networking skills; Coordination skills; Good spoken and written english. |
| | - Computer literate; Organising, planning and training skills; Interpersonal skills; Counselling skills. |
