| Coordinators to work out of their respective provincial location on Efate, Vanualava and Santo. The main objective of the island coordinator role is to manage the effective planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the island’s program activities including; community outreach, peer education and condom social marketing, sustainable |
| livelihoods life skills, healthy lifestyle and sexual and reproductive health (SRH) education. Note that travel both within each province and nationally is an expected part of this role. Only candidates that are successfully shortlisted will be contacted. Women and people with disabilities are encouraged to apply. Duties and responsibilities: |
| 1) Report to the STARS health program manager to ensure the quality assurance of all training and education activities implemented by the STARS health program |
| 2) Responsible for, maintaining the quality and accuracy of financial and narrative reports and maintaining a database for youth clubs and condom social marketing |
| 3) Responsible for additional program coordination where required, including additional locations within the province |
| 4) Responsible for managing the performance of all direct reports through development and review of quarterly and weekly work plans and annual performance appraisals. |
| Interested applicant must possess the following requirements: |
| Criteria: |
| - Previous experience coordinating community development programs; Previous management experience (including managing and supporting the work of direct reports); Knowledge of HIV&AIDS |
| prevention, sexual and reproductive health; Strong communication skills in english and bislama |
| - Excellent report writing skills and experience working with budgets; Strong organizational and time management skills. |
