| Expressions of interest are invited to fill the position of Manager Passenger Systems, for Air Vanuatu (Operations) Limited. The position will be based in Port Vila, Vanuatu. Duties and responsibilities: |
| 1) Report directly to the GM Sales and Marketing |
| 2) Ensuring the smooth running of all sales and distribution systems |
| 3) Providing users with appropriate support and advice |
| 4) Mentoring and training of sales and distribution systems support staff |
| 5) Managing crisis situations, which may involve local or remote connectivity or systems issues |
| 6) Evaluating users needs and system functionality and ensuring that sales and distribution facilities meet these needs |
| 7) Planning, development and implementation the sales and distribution systems to ensure cost effectiveness and reliability |
| 8) Ensuring that all contractual agreements with vendors are met, monitored and fully utilized |

| - Qantas hosted airline agreement |

| Implementation ,training, documentation and maintenance of, the following |
| - QVPN token management |
| - Forward booking report |
| |
| KPIs |
| - Planned and unplanned availability |
| - Mean time between failure. |
| Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| Criteria: |
| - Minimum 5 years experience in the accounting/auditing field; Formal experience in aviation specific business environment; An appropriate business/accounting professional qualification; Strong |
| teamwork and administrative skills; A knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods involved in conducting audits |
| - A knowledge of computerized accounting and auditing record keeping systems; An ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts, and to prepare and present concise oral and written reports; Ability to |
| maintain current knowledge of development related to business matters of interest to internal audit, particularly legislation changes and development as they effect airlines, and new auditing |
| - An ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with other staff and to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing in english (and french). |
