| Communications Officer to work out of the Port Vila office. Duties and responsibilities: |
| 1) The purpose of the role is to ensure that the work of Save the Children Australia’s program work is communicated effectively externally to our doors to create more impact for children |
| 2) The post holder will work with policy, advocacy and communication staff in Melbourne office and with the country director and program managers in Vanuatu to collect, produce and disseminate communication materials for use at the local, national and regional levels in support of our corporate affairs, programs, advocacy, marketing and |
| fundraising activities. |
| Criteria: |
| - A diploma or degree in communications; Experience in IEC development; Experience in IT and photography; Experience in desktop publishing, software including publisher |
| - Skills in electronic graphic design; Excellent command of written and spoken bislama & english; Excellent report writing skills |
| - Organizational and time management skills. |
