| advantage; Have knowledge in Haccp; Food hygiene & occupational health and safety; Have good communication; Ability to work with minimum supervision |
| - Attention to detail; Time management; Multi tasking; Ability to manage individual hotel & cold larder sections; Ability to train effectively are also necessary skills required in this role. |
