Job Description:

The Department of Provincial Affairs under the Minstry of Internal Affairs has a vacancy for the position of Town Clerk to Port Vila Municipal & Luganville Municipal. Duties and reponsibilities:

Report to the director of provincial affairs.

Criteria:

- Degree or masters; Public administration; 5-10 years experience in management and public administration; People management and policy directives including budget management

- Visionary, motivating, team building, coarching, proactive, networking and lead with direction; Verbal and written communication skills; Good character

- Fluent in english or french and bislama.

PSC Salary Grade, So 5.1
