| | Criteria: |
| | - Qualification certificate; Special business education, public health, nursing, health information (or relevant practical experience); At least 3 -4 years of practical experience in monitoring and |
| | evaluation, including collecting quantitative data, analyzing data and reporting, preferably in a health setting; Experience in malaria programs, or other public health programs an advantage |
| | - Background in training and developing the skills of others to use common tools to improve systems; Demonstrate skills in project management; Developing and implementing supervisory systems; |
| | Multidisciplinary teamwork, team building; Program planning, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation |
| | - Computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, planning, data bases and data management; Driver license; Thinking style, planning, practical, solution and results orientated, be vigilant and able |
| | to practice ideas; Communication skills; Good writing skills; Leadership skills; Language, bislama, english with understanding of french is desirable. |
