| | Our Client, a strong Pacific based organization is looking for a Financial controller to oversee the multiple divisions in Vanuatu. |
| | They are looking for a commercial individual with extensive experience in group consolidations managing cash flows and Business partnering. |
| | Previous management duties is a must as the primary duties of the role will include: |
| | 1) Delegating and monitoring work among the subordinates; |
| | 2) Coordinating and preparing analysis of all financial reporting; |
| | 3) Management of the executive finance team; Reporting on group level via KPIs; Monthly reporting package; |
| | 4) Handling all aspects of accounting and financial reporting to audit level; Responsible for all statutory requirements. |
| | The right person will enjoy training and improving employee skills be able to manage a small team effectively and will report to the Country CEO and the Board of Directors. |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Minimum of five years experience in Senior Accounting or Financial position is essential; |
| | - Must be registered Chartered Accountant, have a high level of computer literacy and preferably a knowledge of the Reynolds ERA System and MYOB. |
