| Telecom Vanuatu Limited – wishes to recruit 1 qualified and experience candidate to the position of Manager Customer Care in commercial department. Duties and responsibilities: |
| 1) To develop customer management strategy |
| 2) To establish the customer service team and set new standards of excellence |
| 3) To established customer service strategy in consistent with TVL brand and values |
| 4) To provide the training. |

| education: university degree or equivalent; 3 years experience in management of customer facing operations |
| - Basic computer skills (operating word, excel, powerpoint); Telecommunication experience would be beneficial. |
