| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) The successful candidate will work closely with VBTC’s Board and General Manager in the management of VBTC’s network of radio stations, including its capital development program and revenue generation capacity |
| | 2) You will assist to develop strategies to capture appropriate business opportunities, and, drive advertising sales growth while managing the network of radio stations. |
