| | 1) The Communication and Education Adviser will be responsible for the development of professional communication and education campaigns related to land matters so as to ensure that a wide audience is reached and that messages are understood |
| | 2) The adviser will assess the communication and education needs of each of the Program partners and develop a Communication and Education Strategy for Mama Graon. |
