| | - Bachelor degree or postgraduate degree in training & HRM or HRD planning/business management/administration; A minimum of 5 years in an human resources management position relating to all |

| | - Demonstrated capacity to work as part of a team; Demonstrated capacity to prepare letters, memo’s & submissions; Ability to understand the public service legislation in relation to the HR functions; |
| | Ability to liaise with SLO & SPC legal adviser on HR legal matters |
| | - Must be familiar with MFEM payroll process and leave updates; Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to cope with all kinds of different client personalities and traits; Must be computer |
