| | 1) Reports directly to the manager of properly & assets in the department of corporate services |
| | 2) Maintaining lawns, hedges and flowers beds around the Bank’s properties |
| | 3) Undertaking minor repairs and servicing of equipment such as lawn mower and other available tools, and advice on need for repairs of equipment and tools |
| | 4) Manage the nursery sheds and plants of internal building decorations, functions and conferences |
| | 5) Assist the maintenance officer in minor maintenance works |
| | 6) Carry out other duties assigned from time to time by superiors. |
