| | - Some experience/background in management and/or administration and working in the area of domestic violence; Must have a good secondary or tertiary level education; Fluency in written & spoken english |
| | or french, bislama, and a spoken local language of torba; Good interpersonal skills |
| | - Willingness to undertake training, availability for evening and weekend work and some travel; Sensitive to issues of violence against women and children, women’s rights & human rights; Must have initiative; |
