| | 1) To provide professional support to the country program quality staff team in executing the design, monitoring and evaluation functions to improve their professional capacity |
| | 2) Responsible for program quality assurance |
| | 3) Responsible for internal controls in developing guide-lines and setting standards |
| | 4) To build the capacity program quality in the country & program areas |
| | 5) To develop & write proposals to potentials donors and lead a team in the completion of project submissions |
| | 6) To ensure quality of program & appropriate reporting back to donors |
| | 7) To assist the resource mobilization planning manager and quality coordinators to plan, organize, participate in technical assessments for projects and program design. |

| | Criteria: |
| | - Graduate degree and/or masters qualifications or professional qualifications in international development studies, community development or any social science related degree; 5 years experience in |
| | development work; Minimum of 3 years in project monitoring & evaluation; Highly knowledgeable and well versed in LEAP and DME functions |
| | - Must have very good communications, analytical, organizing, planning, training, interpersonal, counseling and linguistics skills; Must obtain good capacity building & coaching skills; Computer skills is a must. |
