| | The National Bank of Vanuatu is seeking to recruit and experienced and motivated person for its microfinance officer at South West Bay branch, South West Malekula – Malampa Province. Applications must be received at SWB branch for all applicants in south west bay, and head office for all applicants living outside of malekula. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Responsible for the promotion and marketing of the Bank’s rural microfinance product and other bank products and services to customers in central to south west malekula and any other locations as may be directed by the Bank |
| | 2) Assist customers in preparing loan proposals for submission to the head office, and provide support to both existing and new microfinance customers within the area |
| | 3) Will be traveling throughout the rural communities of SWB for customer’s awareness and from time to time be requested to visit other locations throughout Vanuatu whenever required. |

| | - Certificate in business (or related field); Good customer services skills; At least 5 years experience in rural and community business development; Good leadership & assertiveness skills; Good understanding |
