| | 1) Will lead the planning monitoring and evaluation section and reports to the program coordinator under the direction of the Church partnership group and will be supported by a consultant facilitator |
| | 2) Resourcing and motivating CVPP partners to strengthen their PME systems, tool and processes |
| | 3) Facilitating and training VCPP partners in effective PME methods |
| | 4) Promoting program wide PME best practice |
| | 5) Supporting capacity development of church level PME work. |
