| | ANZ is looking for suitable candidate to fill in the above position. In this role, you will have the overall management of higher risk exposures, portfolio overview, process & policy enhancements and coaching. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Make sure credit decisions based on quality analysis, in a timely manner which meet the objectives of country lending guidelines and credit policy |
| | 2) Effectively influence the relationship with senior business stakeholders to ensure improvement/changes are embedded into BAU |
| | 3) Develop a robust QA plan ensuring that testing is performed consistently across all south east business |
| | Recognise patterns in complex ideas by using knowledge of different trends and situations to identify new ways forward and driving improvement |
| | 4) Support wider pacific risk (credit) team with policy, process and reporting initiatives/projects |
| | 5) Encourage and conduct workshops across the region, as and when required, targeting the formulation and assessment of lending proposals particularly for larger commercial requests to assist in reaching a timely decision. |

| | - Maintain a clear understanding of credit risk principals, policies and compliance requirements; Strong experience in credit risk in a retail and commercial banking business; Results focus – personal energy, |
| | flexibility and adaptability to change; Customer focus – demonstrated strong communication and relationship building skills; Good knowledge of ANZ credit systems, products, policies and procedures |
| | - High problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills; Proven ability to influence outcomes and manage competing priorities. |
