| | 1) Must be able to perform Human Resource functions of the Vanuatu Agriculture Collage and its various division |
| | 2) Produce a monthly HR report for management consideration and development. |

| | - Must have excellent public relations, customer service and interpersonal communication skills; Must have a good command of written and spoken english with bislama and or french is an advantage; Must be |
| | computer literate with excellent command of Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access or a comparable email program |
| | - Must familiarize with the VAC Campus Policy and the VAC Act and other Acts and regulations governing employment and HR policies; Must possess knowledge in dispute mitigation processes and ability to |
| | facilitate resolutions to crisis and disputes concerning staffs and students |
| | - Must have experience in human resource planning and the ability to identify HR training needs and provide alternative remedial actions whilst promoting up-skilling trainings to VAC staff; Must have |
| | completed at least an administration and/ or human resource management certificate and or professional HR duties training with proven industry experience |
