| | Applications are invited for the position of Procurement and Purchasing Officer for Air Vanuatu (Operations) Limited. The Position will be based at Air Vanuatu Administration Office, Port Vila, Vanuatu. Duties and responsibilities: |

| | - Co-ordinate the company wide "office stock/stationary" purchases by seeking best quality/cost balance and adhering to procurement protocols and strict budget controls; Administer, records, order, stock- |
| | take and issue stationary and related office stocks; Demonstrated experience and knowledge in a variety of PC based programs including applicable programs of the microsoft office suite |
| | - Fluency in bislama and english essential - french desirable; Excellent administrative, organizational and planning skills; Ability to work weekends, public holidays and overtime, when required; Excellent oral, |
| | written and communication skills required |
| | - Work under the strictest code of confidentiality and display the highest level of integrity and ethical behaviors; Assist and support in general office administration when directed |
| | - Must be able to provide police clearance and a medical report declaring fitness for all duties. |
